Best Things About Your Neighborhood:
Everything I need is so close by. The Plaza Fiesta, a mall, with a large Soriana, is within blocks of our home. Sam’s club within 1/2 mile. Uptown Mall, with a Walmart supercenter, is a mile away. Altabrisa Mall, with Soriana, Sanborn, Sears, and a beautiful Cinepolis, is within 2 miles. Mexico Oriente has the convenience of all these Supermarkets, and malls, while retaining the quiet, quaintness, & peacefulness of the neighborhoods that are farther away from the Centro, without being very far from the center of the city(It’s a little over 3 miles away & takes me a little more than an hour to walk there). House rental prices are very good. I feel very safe here! I love Mexico Oriente!
Favorite Green Spaces: Parque de Miguel Aleman is about a mile away(20 minute walk). This park has wide sidewalks for laps, a skatepark, an outdoor market, and several restaurants. This park comes alive with fair like rides for children, marquesitas, etc., at night.
Public Transportation Access: Very! There is a bus stop within a block of our home. Several buses stop at Plaza Fiesta, and all along Ave. Correo Racho, and Ave. Jose Diaz Bolio. Uber is super easy to catch, here.
