Storage, Backpacks and Travel Accessories

Luggage

Packing Cubes

Pac Safe Purse

Cassie absolutely swears by this travel purse. Sling it over your shoulder diagonally and never have to worry about anyone stealing from you! It has little zipper locks included, DFID identity theft protection and slash proof material. Big enough to carry your essentials yet lightweight and travel friendly.

Storage Bags

Camera Equipment Bags

We use this LowePro camera backpack every time we travel, even on day trips. Our camera equipment is super important to our livelihood, so this has been amazing for keeping our stuff safe and sound plus organized so we never have to worry. Add a master lock to the zipper pairs for added theft protection.

Aqua Camera Tote

This pretty aqua tote looks more like a purse but is actually made for carrying cameras and lenses! A feminine touch to the typical black, bulky camera bags you normally see. 🙂

Dry Bag

Keep your sensitive electronics and wallet safe when you go on water related trips like kayaking. Even includes a waterproof protector for your iphone to capture those cool underwater shots.

Travel Accessories

Go perfect with a backpack but are also useful on there own.

Carabiners

Solar Power Charger

Taking advantage of the nice warmer weather while traveling is a must and while we work on the road sometimes there is not a good place to charge our devices. A small solar charging kit like this and go a long way and even help in an emergency if one occurs. Always a handy tool in a travelers kit.

We do not have the DJI but it has been on our watchlist for its functionality and front-facing screen. Let us know if you have a preference but if you are looking for a gift this year either one will definitely be a welcomed gift for any traveler.

Clothing

Footwear:

The most important thing that a traveler can have is a good pair of shoes. We love the all-purpose shoe that you can wear out on a hike, explore a city or possibly go out to a nice dinner with. Dressing up or getting fancy takes on a whole other meaning when you have two pairs of pants and 3 shirts. We have our selection for men and women below.

Men’s

Women’s

Active Clothing

We chose a couple of multipurpose clothes that a traveler can wear for multiple occasions. Also a couple of swimsuits just because swimming is fun.

Food and Drinks

Life Straw

This has honestly saved our life multiple times when we have no options for clean water. We used it in the middle of the desert, camping, also the large version as our main source of water in Mexico for an entire year. Help save the world of plastic water bottles and keep travelers safe by giving the gift of clean water wherever they go. Lifestraw is also an amazing company that helps villages around the world have access to clean water.

Stainless Steel Containers

Easy to carry on an airplane and great for a hot and cold drink no matter where a traveler is headed. We use this item every day and it has always been welcome in our travel gear.

Travel Utensils

Something that is so useful (and great for the earth) when traveling is the ability to eat and drink without using any single-use plastic. We always have a metal straw, drinking cups, a couple forks and spoons that have been very handy, especially when ruffing it on a backpacking trip or spending time in a remote part of the world.

Books

Travel Journal

The Rocket Book really caught our attention when we were in the United States. It is a fully reusable journal that you can fill out and once it is full, download all of your notes online. Then it clears the book of all its contents in the microwave. What an amazing concept and very useful for the traveler that wants to record what they are doing but doesn’t want to haul around multiple journals at a time.
There is nothing like touching a real book and being able to turn the pages in real life. Tim is a good friend of ours and a frequent traveler. He gives his tips for the best and cheapest places to travel around the world. Check out his book and webpage if you are interested in learning more. Or buy one this holiday season for your friend or family member that is looking to ditch the winter cold and explore the world.
A wonderful book about awakening your inner creator. Has tips on how to stay creative in your home or on the road.
The go-to book for any traveler full of wanderlust.

Safe and Comfortable Travel

Biodegradable Sunscreen

An Eco-Friendly purchase that will help you continue to enjoy your vacation without getting fried. We have all been there when we said “I don’t burn,” just to end up in bed for the next week rubbing aloe on our back and dreading rolling on our side.
Moving from place to place, dealing with crying babies on airplanes, or sleeping in the red light district, there are a million reasons to shut down your senses. Plus a good neck pillow will turn the worst plane seat into something you can actually relax in.
Life in a hammock is much better than life without. We have a couple of travel hammocks for camping and a couple at our house. We use them to relax at the beach along with keeping the bugs off of you on a camping trip. This is such a luxury for us as we travel the world and super compact and lightweight. Plus if hotels or hostels are not available this is an instant bed in a bag.

Travel Yoga Mat

Being able to do yoga anywhere you go is such a blessing which we are so grateful. This mat is awesome because it folds up and fits in your luggage like a piece of clothing. It is super lightweight and compact yet it has a wonderful grip and durable quality of the material. This combined with our favorite yoga app Asana Rebel is a must for any traveler who doesn’t want to give up their work out routine just because they’re on the road.  Check out our favorite morning routines including obvious yoga here.

Rage Create

Our friend Heath is a constant source of motivation for us. This is great for the wandering soul looking for completely unique motivational gifts with a whacky sense of humor. Check out a wide assortment of items at his store. They come in handy when you need a little push or some steps on building your Happiness Muscle. Cassie did this for 90 days right before we took the leap and moved abroad and experienced tons of transformation! Check out his video below.
